Seal Pro Masters offers professional sealcoating services for residential and commercial properties throughout Charlottesville, VA.

Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and seasonal demand.

2. Estimates and Scheduling

All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and may be subject to revision upon site inspection.

Scheduling is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the work area on the scheduled day.

Remove vehicles, furniture, or obstacles that may interfere with the service.

Notify us in advance of any hazards or special conditions (e.g., drainage issues, delicate surfaces).

6. Limited Warranty

Seal Pro Masters provides a limited warranty for workmanship and materials under normal conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to improper maintenance or use

Acts of God (e.g., flooding, earthquakes)

Premature wear from high-traffic or harsh chemicals

Please contact us within 14 days of service if you believe warranty coverage may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seal Pro Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential

damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and text on our website and promotional materials are the property of Seal Pro Masters and may

not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.

Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
